Completely made out of cardboard, the Papertainer is a recycling bin
designed to collect paper. It has a 70 litre capacity which is
sufficient for about 10 reams of paper. This is big enough to be
practically useful, but not so large that it gets too heavy to lift
when full. The "post box" lid is reinforced to make this part that gets
the most wear more durable, and slot shaped so that cans and bottles
cannot fit through it. The Papertainer is also designed with a
flat-on-floor base which prevents collapse or bulging out.
