Heating controls

The HouseHeat products from HouseTech allow you to save money on your school heating bills by controlling the temperature of each room of your school independently. HouseHeat solves the problems of having just one programmable thermostat in a single location, causing you to run up a high gas bill or oil bill because some rooms are too hot during the day or night. 

The HouseHeat system works by replacing the head of the Thermostatic Radiator Valves with a motorised valve which is controlled by a Wireless Room Thermostat. Measuring the temperature away from the radiator is more accurate and the Thermostat has a digital timer program built into it so you can set individual room temperatures to be lower at night time or when you are work.

Every school has some rooms that always get too hot (perhaps the ICT suite, or rooms with south facing windows). The temptation is to turn off the radiators (making the room cold when you come in the next day) or worse still, to leave the radiators on but throw open the windows. HouseHeat products allow you to control your room temperatures individually. And using the window sensor, you can ensure that the radiators in a room are turned off automatically when the windows are opened.

Do you need some rooms warm at the start of the day, but not at the end of the day? Are you able to control the temperatures of rooms so they don't heat up so much over the weekend? The HouseHeat products allow you to specify different temperatures for a room at different times of the day, and on different days. For complete control, the temperature of each room can be set separately.
