The Department of Education, Defra, Growing Schools, Food For Life and Royal Horticultural Society are all promoting growing in schools on a national level. There are plenty of resources available for schools to begin tailoring school growing projects to all Key Stages. Growing organic vegetables is an excellent way to teach children and young people about nature and where food comes from. Here at My Greener School we have plenty of vegetable beds and Grow Your Own products  to get you started as well as free resources on Risk Assessment and Lesson Planning.
